SUMMARY OFFENCES ACT 2005 - SECT 16
16 Unlawful possession of suspected stolen property
A person must not unlawfully possess a thing that is reasonably suspected of
having been stolen or unlawfully obtained.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units
or 1 year's imprisonment.
