SECOND-HAND DEALERS AND PAWNBROKERS ACT 2003 - SECT 29

29 Change of associate

(1) Subsection (2) applies if either of the following events happen—

(a) a person becomes an associate of a licensee;
(b) a person stops being an associate of a licensee.

(2) The licensee must give the chief executive signed notice of the event, within 14 days after the day it happens.

Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
