Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), a dispute about the operation of this Act or the rights and obligations of persons under this Act may be dealt with under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980, part 5.
(2) However, this section—
(a) does not apply to a dispute or matter mentioned in section 94T, 94U or 104B; and
(b) is subject to section 104C.
