Transitional—abolition of Circuit Courts
94 Transitional—abolition of Circuit Courts
(1) On the commencement of this section—
(a) an order made by a Circuit
Court continues to have effect as an order of the Supreme Court; and
(b)
anything done or existing in relation to a previous Circuit Court continues,
and is taken to be done or existing in relation to the Supreme Court; and
(c)
a process pending in a previous Circuit Court is to be continued in the
Supreme Court.
(2) In an Act, or another document, if the context permits, a
reference to Circuit Courts or a Circuit Court is taken to be a reference to
the Supreme Court.
