SUPREME COURT OF QUEENSLAND ACT 1991 - SECT 90

90 Court appearance

(1) In a proceeding, a party may appear in person or by—

(a) a lawyer; or

(b) with the leave of the court, another person.

(2) In this section—


"party" includes a person served with notice of or attending a proceeding although not named in the record.
