Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If, at a relevant conference, the parties agree on a resolution of their dispute or part of it, the agreement must be written down and signed by or for each party and the court.
(2) The agreement has the same effect as another compromise.
(3) In this section--
relevant conference means--
(a) a directions conference; or
(b) a conference required under the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules because there is a claim for damages for personal injury or death.
