Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Supreme Court may transfer to a Magistrates Court a proceeding pending in the Supreme Court that is within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court.
(2) If a proceeding is transferred to a Magistrates Court, that court may hear and decide the matter as if the proceeding had been started in a Magistrates Court.
