SUPREME COURT OF QUEENSLAND ACT 1991 - SECT 74
74 Removal to Supreme Court
(1) The Supreme Court may order a proceeding pending in a Magistrates Court be
transferred to the Supreme Court.
(2) A transfer under subsection (1) may be
subject to conditions.
