Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A judicial registrar may hear and decide an application prescribed under the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules for this section.
(2) For those applications, the judicial registrar constitutes, and may exercise all the jurisdiction and powers of, the District Court.
(3) However, a judicial registrar may not exercise any power of the District Court to punish for contempt.
