72 Registrar of Magistrates Court
(1) The registrar of the Magistrates Court for the Magistrates Court district
in which the Supreme Court sits may perform the functions and exercise the
powers of a registrar, and a deputy sheriff, of the Supreme Court for the
Supreme Court district constituted under section 57that is or includes the
Magistrates Court district.
(2) Subsection (1) applies whether or not a
registrar or deputy sheriff of the Supreme Court for the Supreme Court
district constituted under section 57has been appointed.
