62 Appeal in proceedings in the court
(1) Subject to this and any other Act, an appeal lies to the Court of Appeal
from— (a) any judgment or order of the court in the Trial Division; and
(b)
without limiting paragraph (a) — (i) a judgment or order of the court in the
Trial Division made under this Act; and
(ii) any opinion, decision, direction
or determination of the court in the Trial Division on a stated case; and
(iii) any determination of the court in the Trial Division or the District
Court in a proceeding remitted under section 61 .
(2) Subject to an Act, a
rule of court may provide that leave to appeal is required in proceedings
specified in the rule.
