(1) As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, but within 2
months after the end of the financial year, the Senior Judge Administrator
must prepare and give to the Chief Justice a written report about the
operation of the Trial Division during the year.
(2) The report must be
prepared in consultation with the other judges of the Trial Division, other
than the judges who are absent from duty or otherwise unavailable.
