41 Presiding judge of appeal
(1) At a sitting of the Court of Appeal at which the Chief Justice is present,
the Chief Justice is to preside.
(2) At a sitting of the Court of Appeal at
which the Chief Justice is not present, the President of the Court of Appeal
is to preside.
(3) At a sitting of the Court of Appeal at which neither the
Chief Justice nor the President of the Court of Appeal is present, the senior
judge of appeal present is to preside.
