(1) Subject to this Act, the Chief Justice has power to do all things
necessary or convenient to be done for the control and management of the
Supreme Court precincts, including power to obtain, grant, prohibit or limit
access to and from the precincts or part of the precincts.
(2) For subsection
(1) , a reference to the Supreme Court precincts includes a reference to court
precincts part of which are occupied by the Supreme Court.
