Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSubject to this Act the committee shall have the management and control of the Supreme Court library and of the affairs and concerns thereof and may act in all matters therein in such manner as appears to it best calculated to promote the purposes or interests thereof including doing and performing all such acts and things as may be considered by the committee necessary, expedient or desirable for the benefit, preservation, maintenance, upkeep, expansion, improvement and housing of the Supreme Court library.
