Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the debt secured by a charge passes to another person upon the death or bankruptcy of the person entitled to the charge, or otherwise by operation of law, the right to the charge passes with that debt.
(2) A charge may be assigned together with the debt secured thereby.
