Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSave as is otherwise expressly provided, nothing in this Act is to be construed to affect the right of a person to whom a debt is due and owing for work done to maintain a personal action to recover the debt against the person liable for it, and a judgment obtained by the plaintiff in any action brought does not affect a charge or other right to which the plaintiff is entitled under this Act.
