Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA payment of money by a person to another person in compliance with an order of the court made under this Act is to the extent of the amount paid, a sufficient discharge to the person making the payment of the person's liability to pay the money so paid under that order to the person who, but for that order, would have been entitled to receive from the person payment of that money.
