Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf separate actions are brought under this Act against the same person or against several persons in respect of the whole or any part of the work specified in the same contract between the employer and the contractor, the court may order those actions to be consolidated on such terms as it thinks just.
