Rights of birth mother to manage pregnancy and birth
16 Rights of birth mother to manage pregnancy and birth
(1) This section applies to a surrogacy arrangement despite anything that the
parties to the arrangement may have agreed, whether or not in writing.
(2) A
birth mother has the same rights to manage her pregnancy and birth as any
other pregnant woman.
