Resident liable for replacing certain capital items
96 Resident liable for replacing certain capital items
(1) This section applies if a capital item of a retirement village is— (a)
deliberately damaged by a resident; or
(b) subjected to accelerated wear
caused by a resident’s actions.
(2) The resident is liable for the cost of
replacing the item.
