(d) be
concerned, directly or indirectly, in managing a retirement village.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(3) Subsections (1)
(b) or (c) and (2) (b) or (c) do not apply to a person who is a resident or a
former resident of a retirement village, or who acts for the resident or
former resident, who does something mentioned in the subsections only to
terminate the resident’s or former resident’s right to reside in an
accommodation unit in the retirement village.
