42 Purpose and intention of part
(1) The purpose of this part is to state minimum requirements for residence
contracts.
(2) However, it is not the intention of this part to prevent a
scheme operator agreeing in a residence contract or otherwise to conditions
that are more beneficial to a resident or former resident than the provisions
of this part.
