RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 1999 - SECT 30

30 Time for appealing

(1) A person may appeal against the decision to refuse to register the retirement village scheme only within--

(a) if a decision notice is given to the person--28 days after the notice is given to the person; or
(b) if the chief executive is taken to have refused the application under section 28--88 days after the application is made.

(2) A person may appeal against a decision to deregister a retirement village scheme only within 28 days after the deregistration notice is given to the person.

(3) The court may extend the period for appealing.
