RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 1999 - SECT 29

29 Appeal to District Court

(1) A person whose application to register a retirement village scheme has been refused, or taken to be refused, may appeal against the decision to the District Court.

(2) The scheme operator may appeal to the District Court against the chief executive's decision to deregister a retirement village scheme.
