29 Application to QCAT for review
(1) A person whose application to register a retirement village scheme has
been refused, or is taken to have been refused, may apply, as provided under
the QCAT Act , to the tribunal for a review of the decision.
(2) However, if
the chief executive is taken to have refused the application under section 28, the period within which the person may apply to the tribunal for a review of
the decision is 88 days after the application to register the scheme was made.
(3) The scheme operator may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to the
tribunal for a review of the chief executive’s decision to deregister a
retirement village scheme.
