RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 1999 - SECT 25
25 Application of Fair Trading Act 1989
This Act does not limit the application of the Fair Trading Act 1989 to the
acquisition, under a residence contract, of goods or services, within the
meaning of that Act.
