235 Existing regulations
(1) The regulations in force under the repealed Act immediately before the
commencement of this section— (a) continue in force under this Act, subject
to amendment or repeal by a regulation under this Act; and
(b) are to be read
with the changes necessary to make them consistent with this Act and adapt
their operation to the provisions of this Act.
(2) The regulations expire 1
year after the commencement.
