Withdrawal of dispute
165 Withdrawal of dispute
(1) A person who has given a dispute notice to the registrar may, by written
notice (the
"withdrawal notice" ) given to the registrar, withdraw the dispute notice.
(2) The withdrawal notice may be given before or after a mediator has started
mediating the dispute.
(3) The registrar must advise the mediator, if
appointed, and the other parties to the dispute of the withdrawal as soon as
practicable after receipt of the withdrawal notice.
