(1) A party to a retirement village dispute that a mediator may mediate may
apply to the registrar to have the dispute referred to mediation.
(2) The
application (the
"dispute notice" ) must be—
(a) in the approved form; and
(b) accompanied
by the fee prescribed under a regulation; and
(c) given to the registrar.
(3) However, if the resident’s residence contract has been terminated, the
dispute notice must be given within 4 months after the payment of the former
resident’s exit entitlement.
