RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2009 - SECT 74
Deletion of exempt information
(1) This section applies if— (a) an access application is made for a
document containing exempt information; and
(b) it is practicable to give
access to a copy of the document from which the exempt information has been
deleted.
(2) The agency or Minister must give access to a copy of the
document from which the exempt information has been deleted.
(3) This section
is subject to section 55 .
