61 Amount of charges
(1) The amount payable for the processing charge for an access application may
not be more than the estimated processing charge set out in the final charges
estimate notice for the application.
(2) The amount payable for the
access charge for an access application may not be more than the estimated
access charge set out in the final charges estimate notice for the
application.
Note—
Also, if an applicant is given access to a document in a
form different to the form of access requested by the applicant, the applicant
must not be required to pay a charge that is more than the charge that would
have been payable if access had been given in the form requested by the
applicant—see section 68(5) .
