152 Term of appointment
(1) The RTI commissioner holds office for the term, of not more than 5 years,
stated in the instrument of appointment.
(2) However, a person being
reappointed as RTI commissioner can not be reappointed for a term that would
result in the person holding office as RTI commissioner for more than 10 years
continuously.
