RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AND ROOMING ACCOMMODATION ACT 2008 - SECT 460

460 Application to tribunal about breach

(1) A person (the
"tenant" ) who claims there has been a breach of section 459 (1) , relating to the listing of personal information about the tenant on a tenancy database, may apply to a tribunal about the breach.

(2) The application may only be made within 6 months after the tenant becomes aware of the breach.

(3) If the tribunal decides there has been a breach, it may—

(a) order a person to take stated steps to remedy the breach; or

(b) make another order it considers appropriate.
