Notice terminating agreement by resident without ground
381 Notice terminating agreement by resident without ground
(1) A resident may terminate a periodic agreement by giving at least 7 days
written notice to the provider.
(2) A resident may terminate a fixed term
agreement by giving the provider a written notice stating the day, not before
the end of the term and not less than 7 days after the notice is given, on
which the agreement ends.
