RETAIL SHOP LEASES ACT 1994 - SECT 95

95 Mediators
(1) The commissioner may appoint an appropriately qualified person as a
mediator for the term decided by the commissioner.
(2) A mediator is to be
paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the commissioner.
(3) A
mediator holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this
Act, decided by the commissioner.
(4) A mediator is appointed under this Act
and not the Public Sector Act 2022 .
