(1) If the lessor gives the lessee a lessor’s termination notice, the lessee
may terminate the lease earlier than the termination day by giving the lessor
written notice of an earlier termination day (the
"lessee’s termination notice" ).
(2) The lessee’s termination notice must
be given at least 1 month before the earlier termination day.
