(1) This section applies to a proceeding for an offence against this Act.
(2)
A signature purporting to be that of the chief executive is evidence of the
signature it purports to be.
(3) A document purporting to be a copy of a
notice required or authorised by this Act to be given is evidence of the
particulars in the original notice of which it purports to be a copy.
