(1) Within 2 months after the end of each financial year, a mediator must
report to the commissioner on the mediator’s discharge of the function in
the year.
(2) The report must include details of all matters that—
(a) the
mediator becomes aware of during the discharge of the mediator’s function;
and
(b) significantly affect relationships between lessors and lessees under
retail shop leases.
