Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The theatre company is to consist of the number of members appointed by the Governor in Council.
(2) In appointing a member, regard must be had to the person's ability to contribute to the theatre company's performance and the implementation of its strategic and operational plans.
(3) A member must be appointed under this Act and not the Public Service Act 2008.
