QUEENSLAND THEATRE COMPANY ACT 1970 - SECT 4
4 Legal status of theatre company
The theatre company—
(a) is a body corporate; and
(b) has perpetual
succession; and
(c) has a common seal; and
(d) may sue and be sued in its
corporate name.
