QUEENSLAND THEATRE COMPANY ACT 1970 - SECT 31

31 Appointment of director

(1) There is to be a director of the theatre company.

(2) The director is to be appointed by the Governor in Council for the term, and on the conditions, stated in the instrument of appointment.

(3) The stated term must not be longer than 5 years.
