QUEENSLAND PERFORMING ARTS TRUST ACT 1977 - SECT 4
4 Legal status of trust
The trust—
(a) is a body corporate; and
(b) has perpetual succession; and
(c) has a common seal; and
(d) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
