QUEENSLAND PERFORMING ARTS TRUST ACT 1977 - SECT 32

32 Appointment of director

(1) There is to be a director of the trust.

(2) The director is to be appointed by the Governor in Council for the term, and on the conditions, stated in the instrument of appointment.

(3) The stated term must not be longer than 5 years.
