QUEENSLAND NICKEL AGREEMENT ACT 1970 - SECT 7

7 Regulation-making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), a mention in the agreement of an order in council is taken to be a mention of a regulation.
