QUEENSLAND MUSEUM ACT 1970 - SECT 35

35 Appointment of director

(1) There is to be a director of the museum.

(2) The director is to be appointed by the Governor in Council for the term, and on the conditions, stated in the instrument of appointment.

(3) The stated term must not be longer than 5 years.
