Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not, without the chief executive's written consent or unless the person has a reasonable excuse, interfere with a shipwreck.
Maximum penalty--1000 penalty units.
(2) In this section--
shipwreck means the remains or any part of the remains of a ship that--
(a) is in Queensland waters; and
(b) has been in the waters for more than 75 years.
