QUEENSLAND HERITAGE ACT 1992 - SECT 84

The interim protection order must--

(a) be in writing; and

(b) include enough information to identity the place; and

(c) state the following--

(i) the name of the owner of the place;

(ii) the reasons for making the order;

(iii) that the place is taken to be a State heritage place when the order is given; and

(d) include information about the duration of the order.
