Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf, under the Planning Act, the chief executive is the assessment manager or a referral agency for a development application for development on a registered place, the chief executive may, before giving the chief executive's decision or referral agency's response under that Act for the application--
(a) refer a matter relating to the application to the council; and
(b) obtain the council's advice about the matter.
