QUEENSLAND HERITAGE ACT 1992 - SECT 15
15 When notice of resignation takes effect
A notice of resignation under section 11(5) or 14(1)(a) takes effect when the
notice is given to the Minister or, if a later time is stated in the notice,
at the later time.
