93 Deciding in absence of person
(1) This section applies if— (a) a person has not attended a hearing and the
tribunal is satisfied the person has been given notice of the hearing under
section 92 ; or
(b) the tribunal is satisfied a person can not be found after
reasonable inquiries have been made.
(2) The tribunal may hear and decide the
matter in the person’s absence.
(3) This section applies even if the absent
person is a party to the proceeding.
